Calling all culinary rats! Are you ready to join the most rat-ical food festival in Bristol?

Welcome to GASTRORAT - where the food is absolutely squeaktacular and the competition is fierce. We're looking for vendors who aren't afraid to go against the grain and serve up something truly un-brie-lievable.

The event kicks off on October 31st 2025 and you will need to register by August 1st 2025 to take part.

We're seeking food vendors who can bring something special to our rat-ical festival:

Quality First: Your food should be so good it makes our whiskers twitch with delight. We're not interested in anything that's just "grate" - we want absolutely cheddar-believe-it amazing!

Unique Offerings: Whether it's a secret family recipe that's been passed down through generations of your rat family, or an innovative twist on classic dishes, we want vendors who stand out from the pack.

Reliable Service: Can you handle the pressure when the festival gets busy? We need vendors who won't crack under pressure and can keep the food flowing when things get properly hectic.

Step 1: We Review Your Application Our crack team of food-loving rats will go through your application with a fine-tooth comb (or should we say, whisker?). We'll be looking at everything from your menu offerings to your experience and that all-important passion for food.

Step 2: You'll Hear From Us Within 2 weeks of submitting your form, we'll drop you a line. If your application has made our tails wag with excitement, we'll invite you to the next stage. If not, don't take it personally - sometimes it's just about finding the right mix of vendors for the festival.

Step 3: The Interview Process Selected applicants will be invited for a quick chat (either over the phone or in person). This isn't as scary as it sounds - we just want to get to know you better and maybe sample some of your food if possible. Think of it as a friendly chinwag between fellow food enthusiasts!

Step 4: Final Selection After all interviews are complete, we'll make our final decisions. Successful vendors will receive a welcome pack with all the important details about the festival, including setup times, payment information, and our vendor handbook (it's actually quite entertaining, if we do say so ourselves).

Step 5: Let's Get This Party Started! Once you're officially part of the GASTRORAT family, we'll keep you updated with regular emails about festival preparations, marketing opportunities, and any last-minute details. Before you know it, you'll be serving up your delicious creations to hundreds of hungry festival-goers!
